Thanks to Aesthetic Medicine Magazine; one of the industry’s favourite glossies, for inviting our Clinic Director Sharon to share her expertise within the magazine’s fantastic ‘skincare spy’ feature… Here’s what she had to say!
Skincare spy
We take a peak inside the bathroom cabinets of industry professionals to see if they are practising what they preach and what their cosmeceutical staples are.
Having worked in the aesthetics industry for over a decade it’s fair to say I’ve tried my fair share of topical products! After much trial and error, I believe I’ve finally found a handful of key products that really do make a difference on my own skin and live up to the hype where many others fail. DermaQuest have recently launched a new product, Radiant Skin Facial Oil, which does exactly what it promises. The combination of nourishing Safflower Oil, healing and soothing Jojoba Seed Oil and protective Argan Oil deliver an anti-ageing, healing, repairing solution to ageing or stressed skin. I apply this underneath my moisturiser to boost my ‘glow’ and find dryness is diminished and my make-up glides on smoothly. Pairing the facial oil with Heliocare XF Gel SPF 50 ensures ultimate antioxidant based protection from UVA and UVB rays. Formulated with natural Fernblock Photoimmunoprotection, as far as I’m concerned nothing beats Heliocare for technology benefits and affordability.
